Bench Grande Brands is one of the biggest footwear concessions in Arnotts department Store known for providing premium brands that combine style and comfort such as Paul Green, Lodi, Birkenstock, Unisa, Nero Giardini, Ambitious and Bugatti.

KNOW THE ROLE
In our Arnotts branch we are currently looking for a self-driven, customer service focused, sales assistant to be part of our team on full-time fully flexible positionin men’s department. The role is of vital importance as it deals with our final consumers and must be carried out at the best and most efficient way.
Your main duties will be
Greeting and serving customers as they enter the floorAdvising and assisting customersClosing salesSupporting the manager on duties on daily tasks such as: maintain the standards of the shop floor and shoes on displayKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate should have
Minimum of 1 year retail (preferably fashion) experiencecustomer service skillsthe ability to work well with otherspatience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situationsto be thorough and pay attention to detailsensitivity and understandingthe ability to use your initiativeexcellent verbal communication skillsNOW HOW WE WORK
