Job Description:

The Service Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital support to the Service Manager, serving as a central point of contact for customer service enquiries.
  • Foster strong and enduring relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate and process service invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer service and breakdown requirements by employing effective troubleshooting methods and liaising with other departments to swiftly resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain excellent response times to ensure prompt and effective customer service.
  • Participate in customer service improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality.
  • Assist in preparing various project documents, including change requests, project plans, work permits, and efficiency plans.
  • Keep customers well-informed about the progress of ongoing works and relevant lead times.
  • Manage and continually update the Management Information System to maintain accurate records.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and extend assistance to other departments as needed.
