Objectives

As “(Central) Back Office” you support GRENKE’s business by ensuring that leasing contracts are formally correct and settled. Following a strict GRENKE’s framework and service levels, you painstakingly check every aspects of the leasing contract, by reviewing information and supporting documentation. This includes (but is not limited to): legal information, document completeness, roles of those who signed, back-up information, anti money laundering and many other details. If everything is in order, you'll send the contract to the administrative department to activate payment and arrange the connected administrative tasks; otherwise you will collaborate with branches’ sales department to solve the issue.

If you find that information needs correction, you will proactively contact the customer and handle the case until it is solved. In a normal working day, you will receive a variable amount of leasing contracts that need to be checked within a target timeframe. During each step, you are supported by GRENKE's workflow IT tools. Performing your role means to pay attention to details and be well organized able to be emphatic, communicating in a friendly and polite way.

 

Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the different tasks required to settle the contract, according to the procedure
  • Reviewing accuracy and ensure completeness of all information and documentation
  • Entering of relevant data into Grenke management IT systems
  • Processing Contract activation
  • Contact with colleagues and/or resellers and/or customers to collect the missing information/documentation

 

Requirements

  • One year of relevant professional experience.
  • Administrative experience – high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload and complete tasks within a target timeframe.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues when needed.
  • Comfortable using various IT tools and systems.A Leaving Certificate is sufficient however, any additional certifications or coursework in business administration, finance, or a related field would be advantageous.
