Nous recherchons un Business Solution Manager expérimenté pour diriger des projets internationaux visant à développer des partenariats stratégiques et à améliorer le parcours des clients et des partenaires au sein d'AXA Partners Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP). Ce rôle implique la coordination de projets complexes, la représentation d'AXA Partners CLP dans les échanges directs avec les partenaires externes, ainsi que la création et la mise en œuvre de solutions. Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe Solutions Clients et Transformation.
Principales responsabilités :
Diriger des projets internationaux axés sur le développement de partenariats stratégiques, y compris des partenariats multi-pays Coordonner et gérer des projets complexes impliquant diverses parties prenantes internes et externes Représenter AXA Partners CLP dans les échanges directs avec les partenaires externes, en contribuant au développement et à la qualité de ces relations Analyser les besoins des clients dans plusieurs pays afin d'offrir des solutions sur mesure tout en s'alignant sur les pratiques, les spécificités et les réglementations du marché local Créer et mettre en œuvre des plans pour optimiser les parcours clients et les ventes, en relevant les défis du modèle B2B2C, en garantissant une expérience transparente et satisfaisante pour le client final...Votre Profil
Formation et expérience requises
Master (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur, etc.) Expérience située entre 5 et 10 ans dans la gestion de projets internationaux de grande envergure Une expérience dans le domaine du service ou de la relation client serait également un plus, ainsi qu'une expérience en agile, transformation et management. Une bonne connaissance des produits d'assurance et des processus de gestion (idéalement sur les marchés de l'assurance-vie, de l'assurance-crédit ou de la prévoyance) serait appréciée. Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable (langue de travail quotidienne) ; une deuxième langue (de préférence l'allemand, l'italien ou l'espagnol) serait un atout.Connaissances et compétences techniques requises
Capacité à gérer des projets aux enjeux stratégiques ou des questions complexes, avec de multiples parties prenantes et une orientation vers les résultats Excellent sens du service client, Pragmatisme et capacité à identifier les solutions innovantes et les meilleures pratiques proposées par les experts Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à s'adapter à différents interlocuteurs (business, support...) sur des sujets variés Capacité à travailler dans un environnement évolutif Haut degré d'autonomie, d'organisation, de rigueur et de ténacité.AXA Partners s’engage, à compétences égales, pour la diversité & l’inclusion.
