Our fantastic client are actively seeking a skilled Office Coordinator in Dublin 22 to become an integral part of the team. The successful individual will play a big role in facilitating the seamless functioning of the customer service and front of house operations. Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming customers.
  • Handle a large volume of incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide accurate information on products or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of all events and issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and address any issues.
  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Own transport required.
  • 2+ years' experience as a service desk administrator/customer support role.
  • Good knowledge of IT and CRM Systems.
  • Confident with working on your own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
