Customer Assurance Executive - Contract

We are seeking a full-time Customer Assurance Executive for a 6-month secondment in our cross-functional RSA Customer Assurance Team.

As the Customer Assurance Executive, you will oversee customer complaint investigations and responses, upholding top-notch service standards. We offer diverse opportunities for growth across all business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and address customer complaints with highest service standards and regulatory complianceProvide feedback to relevant departmentsUpdate complaint records and recommend enhancements for customer satisfactionCollaborate with departments to enhance processes and systems for customer and business benefitsSupport in training for complaint identification and resolutionPerform other required duties

Requirements:

Working towards APA qualificationShowcase strong customer empathy and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate attention to detail, customer service, and telephone etiquetterAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a teamExcellent organizational and written communication skills
