We're seeking a highly collaborative and results-driven individual to join our Global Talent Marketing team as a Talent Marketing Specialist. You will play a critical role in executing Okta's talent marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Talent Marketing Specialist at Okta, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to attract top talent and elevate Okta's profile within EMEA. This role allows you to make a tangible impact on Okta's growth and success in one of Europe's most vibrant tech hubs.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and collaborative approach. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities and engage with external partners to amplify Okta's message in EMEA. If you're passionate about marketing, talent acquisition, and making a difference, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters and other internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Execute Talent Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, events, and networking platforms, to attract top talent to Okta.
  • Take ownership of content creation, producing compelling messaging and collateral that effectively showcases Okta's employer brand and career opportunities.
  • Utilize project management skills to coordinate and prioritize marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Create engaging content and collateral that highlights Okta's culture, values, and career opportunities, effectively positioning Okta as an employer of choice in EMEA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Recruiting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of executing high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering data-driven insights.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Marketo or Marketo-Certified
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools
  • Video editing experience
  • Demand generation or account-based marketing experience
  • Experience A/B testing
