Job Description
  • As part of the Sales Operations team, you will focus on maintaining brand integrity across online commerce channels.
  • Proactively monitor online market places for illegal sellers of our brands
  • Analyse the illegal sellers, and prioritise which cases to pursue.
  • Gather information on illegal sellers of our brands, to build a case for our Legal team to remove illegal listings.
  • Record and monitor online brand protection metrics to determine effectiveness of our brand protection program, and present results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Sales teams on process improvements
  • Gather data required for to create product pages on etail platforms
  • Populate and upload new product set up templates on etail platforms
  • Communicate new product set up status to business teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in E-tail, online sales, e-commerce – huge advantage
  • Process driven
  • Detail oriented and organised
  • Must be a self-starter and capable of multi-tasking as well as working individually in team settings. Collaborating cross function.
  • Experience with working in multi-national companies - advantage
