Job Description:

Amazon Ireland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
5. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
8. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the customer experience.
10. Represent the customer service team in meetings and presentations to senior leadership.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in customer service management.
3. Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing customer service team.
4. Resilient and motivated personality traits.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
7. Experience with customer service software and CRM systems.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
