The Role and Key Responsibilities

Are you ready to provide crucial administrative support across various asset management teams? We're seeking proactive individuals to ensure standardised and controlled assistance, maintaining consistent quality and meeting required deadlines.

  • Monitor team mailbox and trackers to ensure timely handling of requests.
  • Track and record activities and updates to team trackers.
  • Process customer and internal stakeholder requests, both on and off-system.
  • Collate customer information from core systems to support document preparation.
  • Input data into credit applications (no credit assessment skills required).
  • Process supplier invoice payments and update trackers.
  • Manage electronic and physical files, including network folders and Sharepoint sites.
  • Collate customer documentation for processes related to AML, Data Protection, and Security Management.
  • Provide general support for ad hoc projects and team lead/manager, as needed.
  • Ensure delivery of agreed targets/goals in line with expectations.
  • Interact with internal stakeholder teams (Case Management, Operations) and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and upholding Link Group's reputation.
  • Participate in company and regulatory training regularly.
  • Complete all mandatory and role-relevant training.

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience in banking/financial services industry.
  • Strong financial analysis, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective communicator and influencer at all levels.
  • Organised approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.

Desirable

  • Third-level qualification.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
