NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- IRELANDRESPONSIBILITIESBased in our Dublin office, you will assist in managing our Irish distribution partner and help drive profitable sales growth for our leading brands.Account Management
  • Ensure delivery of the annual sales plan
  • Support the SNAM in achieving the sales targets
  • Collaborate with key contacts to identify risks and opportunities for sales growth
  • Manage Trade Investment plan & P&L on a daily basis
  • Provide timely inputs for forecasting and trade spend systems
  • Approval of invoices promptly and tracking against investment budgets
Communication
  • Coordinate customer-specific promotion plans for our top Coty brands
  • Facilitate information exchange between Coty and the distributor on service level and stockholding
  • Communicate stock availability issues to the customer
  • Liaise with Demand Planning and address ad hoc requests efficiently
  • Assist in building a strong relationship between Coty and the distributor
  • Occasional travel to UK/Wimbledon office during key times
Forecasting
  • Prepare promotional forecasts in collaboration with distributor, SNAM, Marketing, and Trade Marketing
  • Submit and finalize forecasts with the customer & Demand Planning
Analysis
  • Create pre-promotional P&Ls to assess revenue and profit potential
  • Review post-promotional analysis to evaluate promotion outcomes
Store Visits
  • Conduct monthly store visits to monitor promotional activities for relevant brands
  • Update competitor activity and retail pricing trackers
The commercial team in Ireland comprises a NAE, SNAM & Head of Ireland, and you'll collaborate closely with various functions in the Sales and Marketing departments.
