Enterprise Customer Success Manager (DACH)

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing strong relationships and driving product adoption among our biggest clients. Your focus will be on ensuring a positive customer experience and identifying growth opportunities. Interaction with customers is all about relationship-building while also emphasizing the value of the Datadog product.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to onboard, train, and boost adoption among Enterprise customers
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and advocacy within their organizations
  • Work closely with various internal teams at Datadog (sales, support, enablement, product, finance, legal)
  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, developing clear plans to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Analyze usage trends to identify renewal risks and opportunities for contract growth

Who You Are:

  • Customer-centric with over 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Capable of managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including large enterprise clients
  • Experienced in collaborating with Fortune 1000 companies and leading global brands
  • Excellent communicator with keen attention to detail, adept at tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Background in B2B technology or SaaS companies
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and events as needed
