This role will support cross-brand appeals, child safety operations, and safety escalations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, deep user empathy, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment.
Key Responsibilities:Review and respond to member appeals escalated by Tier 1 moderation teams for additional guidance or reviewCarry out high-sensitivity operations tasks, including reviews of suspected exploitation and enticement, referring cases to appropriate reporting authorities as neededSupport the Match Group operations team and our vendor partners by performing accuracy checks, responding to agent questions, and managing calibration meetings as neededReview and respond to safety escalations in a timely and high-quality fashionIdentify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of safety operations.Qualifications and Skills:2+ years proven experience working in trust & safety or related fieldFamiliarity with legal and compliance requirements related to content moderation, data privacy, and user safetyTrue team player with deep empathy for user experience and a continuous growth mindset$ - $ a year
