About the Role

You will showcase a wide range of knowledge and expertise, actively contributing to the development of objectives and strategies to enhance performance. You will set clear expectations and provide guidance to both employees and leaders to achieve desired business results.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and expert to coach employees and managers on sensitive work-related matters such as conflict resolution, performance management, company policy interpretation, and organizational values
  • Support managers and employees in applying people tools, policies, and procedures to optimize employee performance, enhance organizational efficiency, boost employee engagement, and ensure legal conformity
  • Offer assistance in meeting country compliance standards in Ireland
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and devise proactive solutions to align with business goals
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the People & Purpose team to implement HR processes and policies tailored to meet country-specific needs
  • Coordinate with the HR operations team in Dublin, Ireland to address employee and manager requests
  • Handle ad-hoc projects, reporting, and assignments as necessary, collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on projects and initiatives
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for any immediate HR issues as required
  • This is an initial 11-month contract with a high possibility of extension

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, HR generalist, or HR business partner roles
  • Proven expertise in ER Management specific to Ireland

  • Show effective influencing skills in resolving complex and sensitive employee matters while upholding confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously and within an international team setting, fostering solid professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in problem-solving, decision-making, and involving key individuals when necessary
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish and preferably other EMEA countries' labor laws, policies, and practices
  • Proficient in English, with additional European language skills being a plus
  • Excellent communication abilities
