As a Partner in the Louth & Alford agency, you'll be part of a 10-strong team, in a geographic location prime for growth. This newly formed agency is the biggest in Lincolnshire and with recent investment from NFU Mutual, the forecasts for this insurance business are extremely healthy. As well as a strong existing customer base there's ample opportunity to grow untapped commercial business across Lincolnshire.

You'll be at the forefront of driving the growth of the agency. This is a serious sales opportunity with absolute commercial focus and the support of one of the UK's largest insurers.

Your experience and commercial flair

Based in the beautiful county of Lincolnshire, you'll join two established partners in this ambitious insurance agency. Your ambition and drive, combined with your new business experience, will complement the skills of the current partners and help set a direction for expansion and growth. And with the potential for reaching further into the commercial space in Lincolnshire and towards Grimsby, the opportunity for personal and agency success is well within your grasp.

Using your commercial flair, pride in personal service and appreciation of the rural world, you'll drive the agency's approach to growing new business. You'll achieve this by using your strong track record in leadership management and experience of driving commercial growth - possibly in insurance, but definitely from a regulated background - to inspire the team.

You'll use your sales and strategic skills to build a strategy to drive an ever-growing mixed portfolio of commercial and farming businesses. With the support of NFU Mutual, a strong partnership and a loyal customer base, this is an opportunity that gives you the independence to put big expansion plans in place, whilst ensuring sustainable growth. Once established as a partner, you'll also have the chance to recruit the talent you, and the agency, need to flourish.
