Finance Business Partner

This role involves managing Finance services for specific business areas. As a key member of the leadership team for these areas, you will provide financial guidance, ensure adherence to policies, and drive business performance through valuable insights and alignment with Finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing sound business strategies and operational plans.
  • Monitoring business and financial performance.
  • Providing timely financial information for decision-making.
  • Evaluating business opportunities, risks, and financial implications.
  • Challenging and advising business managers.
  • Engaging with leadership teams for effective service delivery.
  • Supporting process and performance improvement.
  • Creating and maintaining business relationships.
  • Leading various projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Finance teams for high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accounting professional with over 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Operational or management experience outside Finance.
  • Experience working in challenging business contexts.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively.
  • Capacity to anticipate business performance issues and recommend actions.

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Compliance with the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011, if applicable.
