About the role

As a P&C Business Partner, your main responsibility will be supporting the GBI Leadership team for teams located in Stockley Park (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, GRC, Procurement, IT) on key people priorities. You will play a vital role in deploying our long-term people strategy and facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices across markets and regions, fostering a unified One Suntory Culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the P&C Director in managing all people-related matters and shaping and executing strategic HR programs and initiatives, including change management
  • Collaborate with the Center of Expertise and People Excellence team to implement and facilitate HR programs and initiatives

Guidance to Business leaders:

  • Act as the preferred HR Point of Contact (POC) and partner for business leaders

Employee Relationship Management:

  • Offer assistance with escalated employee queries that require a higher level of HR expertise
  • Handle and oversee complex employee relations cases

Key projects to be involved in from 2023 onwards:

  • Contribute to organizational design and development initiatives across all functions to create a future-ready organization
  • Assist in the DE&I strategy and plans to achieve our 2030 objectives
  • Support the engagement plans for GB&I, focusing on areas like workload and communications solutions
  • Serve as a change expert for all GB&I change programs
