Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Product Strategist to take the lead in our product management efforts within Marketing. As the Product Strategy Manager, you will be in charge of creating and executing all-encompassing product strategies to boost business growth, streamline operations, and enhance the internal marketing user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tools like Uptempo's Allocadia platform, Adobe's Workfront & Marketo solutions, ServiceNow platform, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing Planning & Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of product strategies that align with overall business goals and customer requirements.
  • Reporting Strategy Development: Collaborate with the reporting team to establish a comprehensive reporting strategy for marketing activities.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to retirement, collaborating with various teams to guide product development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Insights: Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback and performance data to obtain valuable insights and stimulate product innovation and enhancement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with Digital Technology, Digital Marketing, Business Operations, and other departments to harmonize strategies, priorities, and execution plans. Lead and manage the change control board for enhancement requests.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the efficacy of product strategies and marketing campaigns, and offer data-driven recommendations for refinement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver presentations on product strategies, plans, and performance updates to senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, seeking feedback to ensure alignment and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a dedication to innovation and continuous progress.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and meet stringent deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with various product management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other marketing technology tools.
  • Background in working in a global or multicultural setting.
