What the day will look like
As a senior member of Aon's Marketing & Communications team in Ireland, you will:
- Partner with Aon's business leaders in Ireland to understand business needs, priorities, and key audiences to ensure marketing impact
- Develop impactful marketing strategies and create plans that align global Aon campaigns to the local Irish market
- Use your extensive experience in marketing, communications, activation, and lead generation to deliver robust marketing strategies that support priorities and drive growth
- Understand and utilise Aon's key buyer types to deliver client centric, always-on marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline

- 5+ years marketing experience required (professional/financial services industry a plus).
- Operating at a senior level, you are experienced in creating marketing strategies that deliver impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management with internal colleagues and third parties.
- You are adept at engaging and communicating with senior colleagues.
- Strong background in campaign planning and performance assessment to drive successful outcomes and meet KPIs.
- Passionate about marketing, you are digitally savvy and are skilled in all aspects of marketing.
