Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or related field.
Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads and online advertising, and/or Google Ads certified.
Familiarity with managing a portfolio and/or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).
Ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Interest in sales and technology with a passion for helping businesses grow online.
Available to start between June and September 2024.

The Scaled team is a sales team designed to grow small-sized companies in the Netherlands with significant expansion potential. The team specializes in delivering effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models.
Customer Growth Associates are the advocates of Google who establish relationships with clients through regular phone consultations and sales pitches.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment to help clients achieve their marketing objectives through Google advertising solutions.
ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their business goals, and empower their business with Google advertising.
Manage large and diverse accounts to identify growth opportunities through Google Ads and track account growth and product adoption goals.
Conduct phone consultations to evaluate campaign performance, make account recommendations, and mentor business owners on digital marketing strategy.Drive customer relationship growth through various activities, such as proactive engagement, campaign performance reviews, client meetings, and internal strategy building.
