The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our top-notch Field Sales team as a Regional Field Sales Executive.

We are searching for a Regional Field Sales Executive who can take initiative and collaborate effectively within a team. We provide exceptional training and a mentoring program to set you up for success.

This position requires you to be out in the field and ideally based in Limerick or County Clare for easy access to customer sites.

All applicants must hold a valid full driving license, but don't worry, we'll provide you with a company car.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Achieve business KPI's for Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale, and Independent Retailers
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and shopper behavior
  • Collaborate with up to 180 retail Key Account, Independent, and Wholesale outlets in your region, fostering strong relationships through various Key Accounts Operations Teams to Independent Retailers and key contacts within the wholesaler network
  • Promote brand advocacy by educating retailers on market trends and industry regulations
  • Meet sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage goals within your designated area while maximizing our trade incentives and initiatives
  • Identify new business prospects by staying informed about the category and shopper trends in-store

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience in FMCG Sales or a similar field-based sales role
  • Team player mindset with awareness of broader team objectives and your role in achieving them
  • Self-sufficient, proficient in time and resource management, capable of taking independent action when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build connections and rapport
  • Apt at setting ambitious targets for yourself
  • Effective, accurate, and timely in handling administrative tasks associated with the role
