  • Meet KPIs, including headcount and sales targets

  • Customize coaching and communication styles to enhance team engagement and learning

Required Experience & Competencies:

  • Leadership experience in a target-driven field-based environment
  • Proven track record of team management to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in IT with skills in Microsoft Office and team management systems
