Achieving the vision of Health & Wellbeing DAC requires high levels of planning and management to successfully implement key strategic change programs. Joining the Health & Wellbeing DAC Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), this role reports to the H&W Head of Strategic Development and Delivery, focusing on leading the Digital and First Contact program in line with Vhi Group's Digital Health Strategy. Working closely with stakeholders, this role involves defining, planning, and delivering the program by collaborating with Vhi Group's IT team.

Dimensions and Empowerment:

- Works closely with key stakeholders for successful design, development, and delivery of new clinical services.
- Collaborates with various teams and business managers to plan and implement programs of work.
- Leads program and project teams and facilitates working groups.

Collaborates with other Program Managers to ensure the overall portfolio delivery and dependencies on the Digital program are met.

Key Responsibilities: People, Culture, and Leadership

- Represents H&W across the Group and externally.
- Shapes and designs the Digital and First Contact program to align with strategic initiatives.
- Defines program plan, resources, and budget.
- Manages, tracks, and reports on program progress.
- Develops status reports for programs.
- Supports in the production of business cases and other deliverables.
- Manages risks and issues and ensures effective governance.
- Keeps patient and customer experience central to decisions.
- Builds strong relationships and promotes organization values.
- Transitions planning processes into regular operations.
- Establishes communication framework for buy-in.
- Contributes to various programs across the organization.

Quality & Excellence

- Produces high-quality documents and presentations.
- Implements effective project planning processes.
- Measures effectiveness and maintains continual improvement.
- Ensures organizational alignment and manages dependencies.

Skills and Experience Essential:
- Minimum 8 years of ICT/Digital program management experience.
- Project management qualification.
- Experience in clinical healthcare and formal PMO setting.

Desirable:
- Experience in Digital Health design and development.
- Master's level business qualification.

Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Good influencing and stakeholder management.
- Highly motivated and dedicated.
