Experience in Sales, Business Development, Advertising, Account Management, Marketing, Agency, or Consulting
Ability to communicate in English, French, and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience delivering against operational and output goals, in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with scarce resources
Knowledge of the Southern Europe online advertising and retail markets
Ability to synthesize and surface business insights to inform and develop business strategy, as well as to comprehend and align needs from different stakeholders with an influential approach
Ability to communicate in Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region

About the job

As an Account Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for a diverse portfolio of retail online advertisers.

You will offer actionable recommendations and solutions for our merchants using your deep knowledge of the Shopping Ads product. You will creatively combine transactional client engagements with leveraging our many client education offerings. You will act as a helpful and trusted advisor for our merchants, agencies, and colleagues.

In this role, your work will be assessed against shared quarterly output Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual expectations related to organizations business objectives.

Responsibilities

Work with merchants across a selected market to advise them on their Shopping campaign strategy.
Manage a dedicated client portfolio applying best practice for portfolio management and consistent service levels.
Develop and maintain Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite.
Deliver against key operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
Apply customer-facing best practices to engage with merchants and agencies to understand their priorities and manage expectations.

Help selected merchants grow their return on investment (ROI) and investment in Shopping Ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
