
Digital Solution Area Specialist Manager

Responsibilities (Text Only)
As a Cloud & AI Sales Leader in the SME & C segment, you will oversee a team of frontline managers responsible for Azure Specialists, Azure Solution Engineers, and Partner Solution Sales.
Your leadership will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, customer success, and business growth through Microsoft's Cloud & AI platform.
People Leadership
: Build and grow high-performing, diverse teams through talent development, inclusive hiring, and coaching.
Inspire a culture of customer-centricity, technical excellence, and collaboration.
Embody Microsoft's leadership principles: Model, Coach, Care.
Sales Execution
: Lead your team to leverage industry insights, drive impactful solution sales, and accelerate digital transformation.
Guide strategic opportunity development across internal teams and partners.
Engage with C-level stakeholders to expand relationships and influence outcomes.
Coach teams to identify and close new Cloud & AI opportunities aligned with customer needs.
Business Value Selling
: Champion a business value selling approach, focusing on identifying and advancing new Cloud & AI opportunities.
Scaling and Collaboration
: Enable your team to effectively apply the orchestration model and build an advanced partner ecosystem for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
Technical Expertise
: Drive technical depth in customer engagements and represent Microsoft at external events.
Coach your team on market trends, competitive positioning, and connecting solutions to customer impact.
Learning Culture
: Foster a growth mindset by investing in continuous learning for yourself and your team, especially in emerging Cloud & AI capabilities.
Sales Excellence
: Lead strategic planning and execution, ensuring sales targets and operational standards are met.
Leverage partners, technical expertise, and innovation to open new markets and optimize the portfolio.
Ensure team training and certifications, mentoring continuous growth.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications (RQs):
Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND demonstrated sales or account management experience
Experience selling complex, cloud-based solutions to SME customers
Proven coaching and negotiation skills
Experience driving adoption across multiple stakeholders
Experience managing channel sales complexities
Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
Extensive sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field AND 10+ years of experience
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND experience
Several years of people management experience
Strategic thinking and execution skills
Growth mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships
Experience with innovative sales approaches, networking, and social selling
