Position summary
The role involves managing outsourcing engagements, identifying and executing process improvements, enhancing the control environment, and proactively mitigating risk through effective governance.
The candidate will also manage regulatory changes impacting the Ireland outsourcing framework, representing the Firm in engagements with regulators and industry organizations to clarify and advocate for regulatory alignment and simplification.
The role reports to the Ireland Country Head and functionally to the JPMorgan SE European Head of Outsourcing Governance & Oversight, and is accountable to Irish legal entities for OG issues.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Ireland OG team to deliver effective outsourcing management, control, and monitoring processes.
Update the Ireland Outsourcing Governance framework to meet regulatory demands.
Chair monthly Outsourcing Forum meetings, ensuring effective discussion and recording minutes.
Report on OG matters to Boards and risk committees.
Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all defense lines.
Engage with regulators and industry associations on OG matters, advocating for clarity and alignment.
Collaborate with auditors and clients on OG issues.
Develop strategies and roadmaps for Ireland OG functions.
Maintain documentation and inventory of outsourcing arrangements.
Escalate risks timely to senior management.
Drive synergies with partners across locations.
Present Ireland's systemic requirements to the firm-wide CTPO organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the team.
Expertise in Ireland's outsourcing regulatory framework, including relevant regulations and guidelines.
Effective chairing skills for monthly forums.
Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to support regulatory projects and firmwide goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills for engagement and influence.
Ownership mentality, independence, and multitasking in a fast environment.
Results-oriented approach.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting at governance forums and Boards.
