Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Ireland Outsourcing Governance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the OG team, evolving the OG framework, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ireland's regulatory framework, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also possess a strong understanding of outsourcing management, control, and monitoring processes.


The role involves chairing monthly Outsourcing Forum meetings, reporting OG matters to Boards and risk committees, building relationships with stakeholders across the first, second, and third lines of defence, and engaging with regulators and industry associations on OG matters.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Ireland OG team to deliver effective outsourcing management, control, and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date Ireland OG framework to meet regulatory demands.
  • Chair monthly Outsourcing Forum meetings and ensure effective challenge and concise minutes.
  • Report OG matters to Boards, the Location Operational Risk and Control Committee, and the Local Management Committee.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and experience in managing teams.
  • Expertise in Ireland's regulatory framework for outsourcing and third-party management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action-oriented and outcome-driven to deliver results within deadlines.
