Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Dublin, Ireland

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage office facilities and equipment and improve services. Manages office security. Property service budget formulation and execution, including staff canteen operation.

2. Develop and execute the facility operation budget of the country where the account department is located, approve and control expenses, ensure reasonable requirements, and control costs.

3. Responsible for office operation management: including front desk service, cleaning, courier, security service and other daily work management and contract management, responsible for office space planning and allocation, optimization management;

4. Participate in the development and execution of facility and equipment management strategies, resource introduction, and IFM supplier performance management.

5. Responsible for the procurement business of department and ensure business compliance and efficient execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher is a plus;
    • Certifications in the network environment, similar to IT supporting (Desirable)
      • Fluency in English (Mandatory) and Mandarin (mandatory) (reading, writing and listening);
        • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
          • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
            • Strong internal and external customer services focus with an ability to develop solid working relationships;
              • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
                • Proficiency in MS Office Suites including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
                  • Strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.

*This is an Agency Worker role with One Year Rolling Contract.
