Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
· Oversee branding, signage, and all marketing materials (print and digital).
· Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
· Plan and manage SEO/SEM campaigns (Google Ads).
· Lead marketing initiatives for Spanish and English-speaking markets.
· Coordinate marketing collateral and events related to property development.
· Manage customer after-sales support and loyalty campaigns.
· Liaise with design and legal teams to support sales progress and closings.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability the build and maintain client relationships.
· Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends if required.
· Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities with ability to prioritise task effectively.

· Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
This includes maintaining confidentiality, honesty, and transparency in all transactions and interactions.
Qualifications:
· A third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
· 5+ years of experience in digital and print marketing.
· Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM systems.
· Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and consumer behaviour.
· Experience in international campaign development (LATAM/US/EU preferred).
· Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, MS Office).
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
