We've partnered with Ireland's leading interiors destination, and they are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team, specialising in sanitary-ware. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused individual to work with world-class products, premium clients, and be part of a dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

  • Engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, offering professional advice and tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and drives repeat business.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, offering creative solutions and product options to bring their ideas to life.
  • Drive sales by maximising opportunities across the full product range, exceeding individual targets, and supporting team success.
  • Upsell, recommend alternatives, promote in-house brands, and encourage cross-product sales.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations aligned with customer budgets and company pricing policies.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer orders and delivery timelines, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standards and assist with general showroom duties as needed.
  • Consistently adhere to company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment, ideally involving complex product sales and consultative engagement.
  • Previous experience with sanitary-ware or exposure to the construction, interiors, or bathroom sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
