We are seeking a Test Lead for our customer to support an M&E project with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The role will involve working closely with project team members and end users, many of whom are not experienced testers, to help design and build test plans. Strong leadership skills are required to guide and coordinate the team effectively.

This position requires a Test Lead who can provide structure, oversee testing activities, and ensure quality delivery across both the SAP and device rollout elements of the project.

This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate must attend the Dublin office at least once a week.

• Lead testing activities for the SAP (SuccessFactors) and M&E project.
  
• Work with end users and business team members to build and execute test plans.
  
• Provide structure, oversight, and guidance to ensure testing quality and consistency.
  
• Coordinate defect management and report on testing progress, risks, and issues.
  
• Support the rollout of devices as part of the project scope.
  

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on enterprise-scale projects.
  
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ERP systems.
  
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including working with non-testers.
  
• Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and influence business users.
