Reperio has partnered with a large finance company who are looking for a Test Team Lead to join a growing team with an immediate start.

The role will be required for a fixed term contract of 12 months with possible extension, and offers a daily rate of €500 per day as well as remote working (requirement to be on site 1 day per month)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an experienced team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project
  • Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives
  • Prepare, deliver and record test cases based on the functional and non-functional requirements
  • Track , manage and record any issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and deliver to management team

Requirements:

  • 5 years software testing experience (functional and non-functional)
  • Experience of leading a testing team
  • Proven test planning and execution experience
  • Experience of working in the finance industry or insurance would be desirable
