Position: Customer Delivery Representative
Location: Galway Coast
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: €28,000 starting salary
A day in the life of an Initial Customer Delivery Representative:

Your working day starts and ends at home. You will service a variety of customers, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. You will carry out services at customer sites, including installing, fitting, collecting, and exchanging units/products, ensuring excellent service at all times. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for sales and meet company performance targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Drive and deliver all customer service requests professionally and appropriately.
  2. Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding customer service requests and related information.
  3. Ensure all stock and services supplied to customers are suitable and appropriate.
  4. Contribute to route planning for new customer service requirements.
  5. Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
  6. Meet or exceed customer expectations consistently.
Requirements

To be considered for the Customer Delivery Representative position, ideally you will have:

  1. A full clean Irish/EU Driving License.
  2. The ability to work and prioritize workload within deadlines.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  5. Good attention to detail with high accuracy.
  6. The ability to use initiative and maintain a positive 'can do' attitude.
