We are seeking a strong multimodal Import Operator to join our Dublin team. You will manage import operations across sea, road & air freight, working closely with carriers, partners, and clients to deliver excellent service. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day import operations for air, sea, and road freight.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Accurately process shipments using Uniserve systems (One World / Multi Freight).
  • Monitor shipments and report any issues or delays impacting customer deliveries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage client expectations.
  • Support the wider operations team with departmental tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Mid-level experience - minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or import operations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to cost management.
