Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. This is an in-office position requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

The Account Development Representative (ADR) is a front-end sales role handling Udemy Business inbound inquiries. You will conduct discovery conversations to identify how Udemy Business can help businesses and their employees.
What You'll Be Doing- Understand and convey the Udemy Business mission, value proposition, and product
- Become a brand ambassador for the Udemy Business product and story
- Maintain a high cadence of activities to develop inbound Udemy Business inquiries via calls, video meetings, emails, and social media
- Schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives to assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership
- Fluency in English (second language is a plus)
- Experience in business development, sales, or related field (outbound experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to develop compelling customer stories with strong attention to detail and active listening
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle ambiguity
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
