Responsibilities
  • Main responsibility will be the delivery of best in class email campaigns
  • Writing creative briefs
  • Writing copy/content
  • Briefing creative team
  • Updating landing pages and creation of promocodes
  • Building newsletters and creation of target audiences
  • Creating competitions, engagement quizzes and promotions
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders e.g. Trading, Legal, Brand
  • Optimizing of Triggered (Lifecycle) communications and implementation of new ones
  • Creation and sending of Mobile Push in line with CRM strategy and planning
  • Reporting on the performance of market email communications
  • Provision of insights to optimize market communications
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience with email marketing or other suitable background (required)
  • Efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong creativity
  • Analytical
  • Strong competency in English
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage but training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS is an advantage but training will be provided
  • Interest in data analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
  • Fluency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch) is an advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization
