As a Customer Relationship Growth Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing advertising clients and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to drive long-term growth and maximize revenue potential.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new opportunities within the book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve marketing goals, leveraging Google's solutions suite to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to support growth initiatives and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns to enhance ROI, aligning with client objectives and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Turkish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google solutions (Search, Video, Apps, Display).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with investigative, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics, with experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
