At the forefront of commercial strategy, a skilled Proposition & Retention Manager drives growth, enhances customer loyalty and revenue across their mobile customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead campaigns to retain customers, promote loyalty and boost sales
  • Create targeted offers to reduce churn and re-engage inactive subscribers
  • Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Data and Sales teams to achieve results-driven outcomes
  • Analyse performance data to optimise pricing, retention strategies and the in-life customer experience
  • Promote customer-centric propositions that align business goals with customer needs

The ideal candidate will possess 5 years' experience in product management, proposition or commercial strategy (telecoms/mobile sector preferred). They will have strong commercial acumen and base management expertise, combined with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
