As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, securing renewals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business opportunities and process amendments across all product lines.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication skills.
  • Negotiate with clients daily to build strong relationships and meet company targets.
  • Process new client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage files on our system to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Complete tasks such as Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison and Correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Achieved or working towards APA qualification is essential.
  • CIP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment.
  • 1-year experience in sales or customer service role required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Possession of passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
