As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building existing/new customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction, business retention and sales.
  • Overseeing and contributing to day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns and complaints via phone, email or other communication channels.
