Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in Crumlin Children's Hospital.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely and professional communication, debtor day management, handling patient and consultant queries, and processing health insurance claims on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Oversee debtor day management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring prompt payment from clients.
  3. Handle patient and consultant queries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Process health insurance claims on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
