Job SummaryZurich Life Assurance is looking for two Customer Relationship Managers to join its Corporate Life and Pensions (CLP) business, reporting to a Senior Distribution Manager.
Zurich's CLP business manages group pension and risk business for numerous medium to large employers in Ireland and internationally.
Zurich is the fastest growing life insurance company in Ireland with assets under management of €30bn.
This role may be available on a part-time or full-time basis.

The position you are applying for is a "Controlled Function (CF)" under the Central Bank Reform Act, 2010.
Your RoleAs a Customer Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding new group pension schemesManaging, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients through investment reviews, increasing member participation, cross-selling products, and developing relationships for repeat sales and referralsCoordinating multiple projects to support the acquisition, implementation, and transition of all DC scheme member records and related assetsProviding clients with a coordinated, high-quality service by collaborating proactively with Sales, Operations, and other service areas to identify opportunities and address potential issuesYour Skills and ExperienceCandidates should have:
A minimum of six years of experience in HR or employee benefits managementExcellent interpersonal skills and confidence to work proactively with companies and employee benefit providersStrong presentation, organizational, influencing, and planning skillsExperience influencing industry bodiesA third-level qualification in HR, Business, Investments, or PensionsAdditional InformationThe primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin.
