About The Team

The Workday Localization team strives to deliver outstanding global experiences for our customers. As a Associate Localization Program Manager, you'll guide localization strategy and execution for Workday solutions, impacting users on a global scale. If this mission resonates with you, we encourage you to apply

About The Role
  • Support localization projects by assisting with tasks such as project coordination, file preparation, and tracking
  • Learn and apply localization workflows and processes under the mentorship of senior team members
  • Assist with linguistic testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality localized products

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
About You

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in content and software localization
  • Strong understanding of Machine Translation (MT) and hands-on experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as Phrase, XTM, or memoQ
  • Experience working within agile software development environments
  • Consistent track record of leading vendor relationships, including multi-language service providers and technology vendors
  • Success in handling budgets and resources effectively
Other Qualifications:
  • Successfully led localization programs to achieve on-time project delivery, budget adherence, and strong return on investment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with geographically distributed teams
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences

At Workday, we believe every potential recruit brings value to the table. Believe you are missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and are happy to teach. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, apply and see what we are all about.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
