Associate Growth Recruitment Executive | Access Healthcare

If you work in Outbound Sales (BDR, SDR…), you know the grind. Cold calls that lead nowhere. Chasing prospects who never reply. Long lists with little payoff. You are resilient, but you also know your effort should count for more.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales process from first contact to closing
  • Build relationships with clients who genuinely need our services
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and maximize every client interaction
  • Manage a defined territory and pipeline
  • Make strategic calls that consistently turn into closed deals
  • Collaborate with managers and peers to refine your approach and grow faster

Compensation
  • Average earnings of €45K+ in Year 1 (average performers earn this, top performer earn much more)

What we look for
  • 1–5 years of experience in Outbound Sales, BDR, SDR, or similar roles
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, driven, and motivated to grow
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
