Corporate Sales Manager - Limerick, Dublin or Belfast

Sysco Ireland is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to deliver budgeted annual sales and profit targets with key customers in the sector. The role involves managing and maintaining existing Head Office relationships to drive incremental sales growth, often involving negotiations with multiple stakeholders at various levels. You will also create a Growth Plan reflecting approach to new business development, customer retention and sales growth. A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail is essential, as is an understanding of the granular dynamics of the foodservice industry, particularly within the CMU sector. The successful candidate will possess excellent communications and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit, and service targets
  • Design and implement sales and development plan, adapting to an evolving marketplace
  • Ensure all contractual elements are recorded and documented for clear customer and account management
  • Maintain contact with key units through site visits to drive sales and address service issues
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve sales and growth plans
  • Build effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proactively promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity
  • Support and champion change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities
  • Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools

Requirements

  • 5 years\' experience in a customer sales/relationship management role, ideally within the Foodservice sector
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver\'s license with a driving record meeting company minimum standards
