Working Hours: 9am-6pm GMT
Contract role with Tech MNC via Coyle Consulting
Our client, a Tech MNC with HQ in the Docklands of Dublin, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join their team covering the EMEA market. In this critical role, the SDR will be the first point of contact for potential customers, proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline. Their success will be integral to fueling the company's growth and hitting revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify target companies and decision-makers within the ideal customer profile. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and alignment with tech solutions. Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential fit.
- Nurturing Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers through targeted communication and follow-ups. Provide valuable information and insights to demonstrate the value of the company's technology.
- Sales Collaboration: Schedule qualified meetings or demonstrations for Account Executives. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Diligently record and track all prospect interactions, lead status, and relevant data within the company's CRM system.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline progression, and key performance metrics to help measure success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- [0-2] years of proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar customer-facing role (experience in the tech industry is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation
- Self-starter with strong initiative, a goal-driven attitude, and a resilient personality to handle objections
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools is a plus
