
Administration Specialist

Administration Specialist (Fluent German) role at MD7. As a Lease Processor, you complete leasing contracts according to provided templates and support our Inside Sales team with the execution of those documents.
You should be detail-oriented, able to spot typing, content and formatting errors, understand legal requirements and their language, and work independently while influencing team dynamics. You will help ensure fast execution of documents and contribute to our processes and the needs of internal and external customers.
DAY-TO-DAY- Preparation of Lease Agreements: Prepare diverse amendments to lease agreements re-negotiated by our inside sales team; oversee distribution and return of executed leases within given timeframes
- Quality control: Ensure errors in lease amendments are minimized; liaise with other departments to correct possible errors
- Achieving Deadlines: Work to deadlines assigned by the company with high attention to detail
- Reviewing Documents: Review signed agreements returned by the landlord to ensure accuracy and that all necessary documentation is provided
- Data entry: Enter data from negotiated agreements into client databases
- Excellent spoken and written German language skills
- Basic spoken and written English language skills
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to review documents for accuracy
- Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Self-motivated with initiative to work steadily without direct supervision
- Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is helpful
