Role Overview: Marketing Director A leading global organization is seeking a Marketing Director to drive brand positioning and lead marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Group COO, this role will serve as a strategic marketing partner, driving brand awareness and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership & Team Development Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Develop and execute a best-in-class marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital channels. Establish clear KPIs and performance management frameworks for the team. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Develop and execute a cohesive global brand strategy to drive market differentiation and growth. Adapt global marketing communications for regional audiences to maximize impact. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Drive brand awareness and market penetration through targeted digital campaigns. Optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. Align marketing initiatives with sales teams to support business growth objectives. Strategic Planning & Execution Lead the global marketing planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop data-driven marketing strategies to optimize ROI and revenue growth. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Budget Management & Performance Measurement Set and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Track and analyze marketing spend to maximize return on investment. Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience Commercial Marketing experience which must include digital and online, ideally gained with challenger and leading brand(s) in the services sector 5+ years in a senior leadership position, ideally assuming responsibility across multiple jurisdictions You must demonstrate passion about the brands that you "owned, developed, grew, exported, loved, nurtured and monetised" While a consummate brand marketer, you can clearly point to outstanding commercial results linked clearly to marketing activity Proven track record in brand development and revenue growth through marketing. Experience managing multi-geography marketing teams in a fast-paced, global organization. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills. Who You Are Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and passion for building impactful brands. An effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
