To deliver new sales and ensure client retention to meet individual and team targets with profitable business for company To liaise with the European Commercial Department to ensure prudent Commercial Underwriting of Insurance Business, adhering to Group and Irish Rules and Standards. To look for opportunities for all product lines, thereby maximising contribution. To work closely with European Commercial Director, the Marketing Department, Brokers and any Marketing resource employed, in managing leads and feeding back activity results. To work closely with the Customer Relations Division to ensure a timely and efficient service to prospects and clients. To work closely with the Compliance Department and ensure our compliance standards are met and consistent throughout the team.
