Description

Ryanair are recruiting for Inflight Coordination Administrator to join Europe’s largest airline group.

This is an exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will report directly to our Inflight Coordination Manager.

This person will be responsible for the following duties;

- Regular reporting on key metrics for Cabin Crew Management (absence, attrition)
- Headcount forecasting
- Ad hoc reporting as required by the Inflight department
- Duty travel bookings for Cabin Crew and Inflight Office teams
- Offering Cabin Crew base changes, following up and processing responses
- Assisting Cabin Crew with queries over phone call and Zendesk

Requirements

- Proven Administrative Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Windows Literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc) – advanced Excel required for this position
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
- Knowledge of Lisline preferable
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
